 I'm thinking of setting my DS time back to the original date. So I'll be going from sometime in March 2000 over to the end of December 2006.
I know I'll get a lot of weeds, but those can be picked. Is there another reason I should not change my time to the proper setting?

Usually, the animals stay when you time travel (I THINK!!!), that's what happened in the Gamecube version. I traveled 30 years into the future and all of the animals were still there. I think I traveled in WW (because my cousin did stuff to it! Don't get any ideas...) and they were all still there. o 3o

Yup, they can move. Especially in 6 years. And I also imagine there will be lots of those red flowers you get after tting. If you want help weed-picking I'm sure we can rally around to help you. mrgreen

If you do it ill gladdly come help you pick the weeds and fix stuff up! ^^ Maybe plant some flowers since it might be likely that alot of em Died and stuff, All that..

Weed-picking will be fun with some friends, I guess that's a good idea. After that, you can all hang out by fishing and shopping. :'D

But it's a very bad idea to time-travel and if it ruins your game you can also ruin other peoples. I'd recommend you didn't but if you really want to risk it then whatever... I dunno what the chances actually are of it ruining your game... I just wouldn't do it!

When my cousin time-traveled, I had to fix it and the date wasn't correct the way i put it. So I had to do the math and put it somewhere in March and it was June in Animal Crossing. I don't know what it could do to other people's though. sad
