Well, I don't want to pick a completely random series that you know nothing about, so how about you list some of the animes/games/mangas your interested in, and then I'll go from there. 3nodding

Hm...you could very well pull off Mugen from Samurai Champloo and I do agree about you being Yasuhiko.

You would make a good Yahiko or Sanosuke. But, if you want to be Yahiko I say go for it. Cosplay for yourself, otherwise it's not as fun.
