She leaped into his arms and smiled gently. "I love you, Damien," she said and kissed his neck softly.

"I love you, Amanda," he said as he kissed the top of her head. He smiled, happy to be with her.

She just stood in his arms for a moment, thinking of how bliss it was to be in someone's arms and feel loved. She loved the feeling. She then broke apart and said, "We should probably get back."

"Alright." He took her hand and walked with her back to his house. When they got back inside, Damien walked up to his mom and said, "So, uh, Mom, Amanda's my girlfriend now." He kissed Amanda, then looked over to his mom to see her reaction.

Damien's mom looked at them for a moment and then smiled. "Finally! I thought you guys would never go anywhere!" she said and smiled softly again. Amanda smiled at Damien.

Damien smiled at his mom, then looked over to Amanda, smiled, and kissed her again. His eyes clearly said, "I love you," and he didn't have to say a word.

She smiled slightly. "Well, we better go finish our homework," she said and winked concealingly at Damien.
"Okay then, but no monkey business," Ms. Hawkings replied and they headed upstairs. [Wow, the "headed upstairs" sounds pretty weird, but that's not how I meant it obviously.]

Damien went up with a, "Alright Mom." He smiled at Amanda, and held her hand as they went up. He snuck a kiss his mom couldn't see, and smiled.
