I have a lot of trouble drawing Renji Abarai and Urahara Kisuke. Can anyone make a tute that can help me draw them? Please?

I think most tutorials aren't going to be dedicated to an existing character and style. I think it might be a better idea to try to draw him and ask for pointers on how to improve your rendition of the character. Course if someone really has time and wants to create a whole tutorial on one character, i'm not one to stop you.
