Alarnia King_Cicero_IV sand squad in a filler icon_eek.gif they sure as hell better not make our beloved sand nins look dumb. icon_evil.gif of course I love anything Gaara related. It may just possibly be the only filler worth watching.
And I agree, there isn't enough GaaraNaru out there. I don't understand it. Gaara is really hot, no doubt about that. Do the doujinshi makers just hate him? Is he too hard to draw because he doesn't have eyebrows? But yeah, after the rescue Gaara arc, I'm sure the next trend in the yaoi fandom will be GaaraNaru...finally. yes its true, at the end of episode 215, when its playing previews for the next episode, it talks about the sand squad... temari... gaara... etc. you even see some animation of them. so tragic. I guess it was only a matter of time before they ran out of bad short term story arcs and had go and mess with Sunagakure too. I think the reason why there aren't so many doujinshi's featuring gaanaru or just gaara is simply because of popularity. the sasunaru population is stifling. and in addition, gaara right now in the anime (and kinda even now in the manga) still appears to be a side character, kida like kiba or neji (no offense I love them both very much, but you've got to say im kinda right about that). am I allowed to post pretty much the same thing in two threads? *ponders* oh well , it dosen't really do any harm anyway! biggrin Kyaa! I can't see Gaara as a side character. I mean there was that whole point of them being so similar.
And you'd think even though the anime for the rescue Gaara arc hasn't been done yet, the manga for it was done about a year ago in Japan.
So why am I not seeing any GaaraNaru doujinshi comming out of Japan? (and believe me I look) The rescue Gaara arc may not have been around for a terribly long time but that's no excuse. I've seen Hidan and Kakuzu yaoi doujinshi and they've been around for what? a whopping 20 chapters. And Kakuzu is weird and nasty looking so WHY? Even if it's just smut...Gaara is hot and so is Naruto and they have SOME bond...isn't that all you need? I've seen Naruto yaoi doujinshi based on less. Kakashi and Iruka only talked to eachother like ONCE in the entire series and they're like the second most popular pairing. Gaara and Naruto have some very close moments, probably second only to Sasuke and Naruto...and guess what
I've seen Gaara with Lee
I've seen Gaara with Deidara
But have I seen any...ANY yaoi doujinshi of Gaara and Naruto that wasn't American and fanmade by amatures scream HELL NO!!! scream

I'm sure everyone here has seen my GaaraNaru rant...if even what I wrote there isn't enough to make at least one ONE GaaraNaru yaoi doujinshi...you know what I give up...looks like I'm just going to have to be content with drawing them myself and thinking about them in my head because I highly doubt that those dumbass doujinshi makers will turn their head's away from Sasuke's naked body ******** Naruto's long enought to see that Gaara deserves Naruto's love just as much as anyone... burning_eyes

I can draw very well in my opinion, but I can never come up with good ideas, otherwise I be spitting them out like mad I need to find a writer crying
