"Umm. Isa. I don't know her last name, though."

"I see..."Arashi said as she finally wrote the name upon the grave. "Now her remains will be known. "Pent where exactly are we heading?"
"To the shrine...that is where you will further merge with the spirit inside you...You will gain you new abilities like eternal youth." Pent said as he tried to keep everything hush hush.
"Like my friends at Saphire lake?" She said encouraged with new hope.
"Yes...but we must hurry. I fear a preditor that should still be sealed. She would die to get her hands on you and finish all the ceremonies herself to your body..." Pent said as he put his nose in the sir sniffing for her scent.

Kyna rolled her eyes slightly. She turned around, searching for something to dstract her. "Whoops," she murmured. "Been here too long." She looked at Rian. "Remember that monster that's after us? It's almost here," she told him in a cheerful, singsong voice.

Satisfied that her creature was going to leave the girl vulnerable, Altheia teleported away from the area. She would go back later, after her monster had done what it was sent to do. She arrived in the nearby city--she was bad at remembering names. She'd been through too many to bother.

Kyna slipped behind a tree, hoping to avoid being instantly seen by whatever monster was headed her way. The element of surprise was invaluable to Kyna, who really wasn't good at fighting. The wind carried sounds of heavy footsteps and leaves rustling to her. She pressed herself against the tree trunk, pulling her small dagger from its sheath. Not like it'd do her much good, but it was more of a security thing anyway.
She whispered instructions to the wind. One breeze rushed away, and blew dead grass and leaves and dirt into the creature's eyes. It roared its fury. Another breeze twisted around the creature, confusing it with scents and images. It spun around, swatting a the air in front of its face. Gathering up the strongest wind she could, Kyna threw her small dagger at the creature. Carried by the wind, the little blade flew at the monster. At the last second, the monster swiped its paw randomly, hitting the dagger away.
Kyna cursed under her breath, and ran to retrieve the dagger. The monster saw clearly for just a second as Kyna darted out from behind her tree. It roared again, this time triumphant. It was blinded again a moment later, but it had her. Its paw came whistling towards Kyna, and she tried to dodge to the side. She was too slow, and it hit her on the leg. It left three deep scratches on her, and she hissed in pain. But she'd gotten her dagger.
Using some sort of sixth sense, the creature tracked where she was, and its claws found her again, this time ripping through her shirt and leaving a single deep cut in her stomach. It hadn't gone deep enough to hit her intestines, but it hurt like hell. The wind howled around the creature in fury. Kyna's blood hit the leaves underfoot.
"Damn," she muttered. She slipped behind the nearest tree and pressed a hand to her stomach. It came away red. Gathering up her wind and will again, she threw the dagger. All the other breezes tormenting the creature sped away, up and around to join the air propelling the dagger. The dagger sped up, going far faster than Kyna could ever hope to throw it. The creautre had stopped flailing around as soon as the wind stopped confusing it. It sniffed the air, searching for the scent of Kyna's blood. It didn't even see the dagger, whihc punched through its eye and into its brain. Howling in triumph, the wind ripped through the creature's fur, knocking it back to the ground as it convulsed and died.
Kyna limped over to it, looking for her dagger. She couldn't even see it in the creature's wounded eye. "No way am I reaching in there," she muttered. "I'll just get a new one." Her wounds were still bleeding, slowly, and she couldn't remember if that was good or not. Ignoring it, she started to limp back to Yakoi, where she could get them cleaned and bound.
