The shoot was fun. And we've been asked to model again. :3
Yes, there should be more pictures of the actual shoot to come. I'm getting 'em from the photographer bit by bit while discussing more modeling gigs with him. :3

The only thing dissapointing to me, is that it was cosplay for both Padme and Lain. :C Padme was calling it GL and Lain called it "Harajuku fashion"...I tried to explain it to 'em in depth. Padme listened a little and went from calling it all EGL to calling some of it GL. Lain refused to listen and said she'd call it what she wanted.
I was hoping I'd found some lolitas to chill with, but cosplayers will have to do. :3

My headpiece was lacking because I'm still unable to find it. :C I couldn't even at least find my bunny hair ties. *sighs*

I got e-mailed one day by Padme asking me if I wanted to go to a lolita photo shoot with her. She's seen me at Anime South dressed in goth loli and knew I lived in the area.
The photographer, Warlok, ended up later telling me he asked her to ask me and have me ask others so that he could find more models in this area (Northwest Florida). So if you live in the area, I could see if he's still looking for more models. He's actually looking for a more general gothic thing (which I suppose I'm goth when I'm not lolita). (Oh my should you see some of his usual stuff. Being a minor I'm not even allowed to see some of that! )
I need to get the link posted to the actual shoot, along with the password. Unfortuantely, I look really bad in most of them. :C That's what I get for not wearing my cincher...I look like I'm larger than a 27 inch waist. ;-;
I've officially been asked to model again though, so I'm happy. :3

(And yes, for the love of god, I know I should've worn my cincher under that. Do NOT point it out to me again Dx Also I think I may commission someone fopr a new headpiece since I'm sick of my mom throwing out everyone I make...).

It's not a problem for me when people call it gothic lolita, unless of course it's not gothic lolita but say sweet lolita or even wa-loli or casual loli (which my "sweet lolita" borders more on casual due to lack of accessories).
I greatly dislike the term EGL though. It's one of those terms that if you hear it, you just know the person only in it for the cosplay. Or they're under-informed. Or both.
It turns out that Padme wants to learn more about lolita and has made efforts to not call it all gothic lolita. :3 Maybe she'll be more than just a lolita cosplayer one day.
