hard to explain but its only happened twice. i didnt know where to turn to or tell, so i felt this was best. just so you al know, i was completely fine before i made contact with these people, which ruined my days after coming in contact with them.

the first experience:
in cali last summer, me and my friend danielle got out of the movie and were walking and met up with my mom. we had to wait until danielle's mom got there, so we walked back to the movie theater, past starbucks. so we walked past this group of people. one of them was a guy and they were walking into the starbucks entrance. i looked up at the guy and he stared (staring makes me uncomfortable) and im not sure if it was at me or past me, but i had this scared feeling. it made me so uncomfortable that when we got to my grandma's house i couldnt stop thinking about it and i had a crying fest with fussing and stuff.

the second experience:
was not too long ago, it was on monday the 18th. well, for school we went to vetrans park to play football and hang out. well me and my friends played at the plastic jungle-gym-thing and this girl popped out of no where, i didnt see her, but she was probably hiding behind the place. anywho, she was quietly sitting on there and biting her nails, i couldnt help but stare at her arms, then i saw she had cuts all over. i felt scared and when she climbed on the bridge and stood looking away, i couldnt help but stare. it scared the hell out of me when i made eye contact with her. i dont know if she was really there cuz when we went up to the tables to watch the students play football, i kept looking back, i couldnt stop doing that. when i sat down i was scared as hell and when we left, i couldnt see her anymore. dshe was probably hiding again somewhere behind the playplace thing. i felt like i was the one suffering, i felt a bunch of depression and suffering. that night i was fussing again like the first experience and i couldnt get it out of my head.

so can anyone give me advice or clarify if this is some sort of psychic ability or just paraniod? thank you. 3nodding and sorry if you get confused or if there are typos.

my friend isac suggested that it was a "reflection of oneself" like i was looking at myself, but i have a hard time understanding and i cant stop thinking about it.

Hm. Not sure what to say. Could be numerous things.

First I was to say, was that you have sort of empathy toward people. Especially ones that are depression or give off especially weird vibes, and whatnot.

Next I would ask, did anyone else look at these people? See them, brush by them, make any reaction at all?

They could be ghosts. But I dont mean to scare you that much more than you are.

You could be paranoid.
You could have anxiety.
You could have a form of schizophrenia.

But I'm sure those 'coulds' are all ones you've thought about.
