except that kingdom hearts and final fantasy are both made from the same company (square enix ) why are they in the final fantasy characters in kingdom hearts having sepiroth in there is messing up the story to me

I believe there are already several threads dedicated to this, but I'll answer your question either way. Basically, Final Fantasy characters appear in Kingdom Hearts based off of popularity. Characters like Cloud, Cid, Aerith, Tifa, and Sephiroth are all very popular, and their images are some of the first you'll see come to mind when someone says the words "Final Fantasy." However, popularity aside, Square-Enix also has to see if they could possibly work the characters into the story. There are some very popular characters from Final Fantasy that would be difficult to add to the game because of how their role would fit in with the rest of the game's characters.
I'm wondering who they might add in the third Kingdom Hearts, but seeing as it's still in development and very little is known about it at the moment, I'll just have to wait and see like everyone else.

Kingdom Hearts was made by SquareEnix, the makers of Final Fantasy.

Well because their made by Sqaure Enix. PLus it makes the game even better.
