okay, I have three favorites. the first is from when Miroku first enters the scene and Kagome lands on him.

Kagome: Don't kill him.
*time passes and there's a fight with Kagome landing on Miroku and he gropes her
Kagome: I changed my mind. Kill him!

the second and third are during the episode when the group heads towards the mountain to get saki

Mushin: I would like to drink more saki.
Group: You're already drinking saki!!

(funny in my opinion)

*Sango comes out drunk and glomps Inuyasha
Inuyasha (looking very scared): Sango, what are you doing?
Kagome: Sit! (multiple times)
Miroku: Hey Inuyasha can you give me a hand?
Inuyasha: I'm *slam* a *slam* little busy *slam* right *slam* now.

The last part is the funniest quote ever! (in my opinion of course...)

i absolutely love the episode towards the beginning of the series when kagome goes home. i think it's called "gap between the ages" its when kaede and shippo are talking in the hut while kagome is back in her time and then they show a shot of inuyasha on the roof of the hut saying: "Everyone is crazy around here!!! *twitch* *twitch*"

Haha YES I loved that. The way he says it is awesome. <3

I also like this part (In earlier eps) Kikyo is reborn by Urasuei (I hope that's how you spell her) and a few eps later she steels the souls of dead women.

Inuyasha and Kagome are in the same room looking after the dead women when Kagome leans tightly against Inuyasha.

Inuyasha: *blushes* Isn't this a little.. close Kagome?

Kagome: Deal with it! She's freaking me out! *shreaks at dead woman*

Inuyasha: stare That... was your motivation?

Kagome: Yeah, why else would it be? Get your mind out of the gutter and start concentrating on what we're supposed to be doing!

Inuyasha: You're the one that started pressing skins!!!

Kagome: See! *is cut off by dead woman lifting into the air*

Kagome: *screams and clings onto Inuyasha*

Inuyasha: *doesn't care and pulls out his sword* xd

Haha yes that's awesome too what really happens is..

Miroku: *starts hitting on other women*

Sango: *slaps and the slap sound echoes through the air*

Kaede and Shippo: *hears the echo through entire village*

Shippo: Ooh, that was nice contact on that one.

Kaede: Yep.

Inuyasha: *on roof* Everyone is crazy around here! *twitch twitch*
