Krista nods relaxing against her husband, she wasn't sure how she was going to tell him this. What if he freaked out on her. Closing her eyes she bites her bottom lip "Rinion I'm um...yea I'm okay..." looking down at the ground she sighs.
Melantha nods then looks towards the entrance of the tent "Unless my ears were playing tricks on me. Yes I'm pretty sure I heard another heartbeat coming from her." she stands straight licking at her bottom lip.
Drac looks over at her aunt, her eyes widen alittle as she heard what she said. Looking back towards the entrance her jaw drop before she squeals. Blushing she nods alittle before she look down at her lap "Sorry I didn't mean to do that."
Tinania looks away shaking her head. She wasn't going to admit this outloud just yet and she hoped Damien would understand her by the simple shake of her head.
Aylana frowns watching her go before she shook her head. Heading towards the christmas tree she kneels down watching her children. Cielra was batting at ribbon while Diana was sitting there holding Lillith.

Rinion frowns deeper, and walks around Krista. He puts his hands on her shoulders, and looks her in the eye. "Something is wrong. Why won't you tell me?" he asks her.
Lenore smiles slightly, and sighs. "Well, it is about time. . . ." she glances at the wine glass, and her brow furrows. "She hasn't told Rinion, I think. . . ."
Laer chuckles, and winks over at Lenore, who smiles at Drac's squeal. "I thought it was kind of adorable," he teases.
Damien says, "Ah," and his fingers stop tapping the table top. "Perhaps you need to tell him, then?"
Nyoka goes to the table, and asks for a whiskey and Pepsi. The tip of her tail taps against the ground as she waits for it.

Krista frowns swallowing before she closes her eyes "I'm pregnant." she was scared to the point she was sick. Trembling she opens her eyes looking at him not sure if she wanted to run or not.
Melnatha chuckles taking a seat next to Lenore "Yea really, I was wondering when it would happen. And she just told him now if you want to know." looking over at Drac she arches a brow seeing the blush. Looking between Laer and Drac she wonder what was going on between them.
Drac blushes even more before she shakes her head "If you say so.." turning she looks over as the band starts to play alittle "Um...you wanna dance Laer?" looking back at him she smiles alittle.
Tinania sighs then nods "I know, I just don't know how without breaking his heart." looking down at her lap she twist her engagement ring a few times.
Looking over at the table Aylana shakes her head before looking away. She couldn't deal with Nyoka right now. She didn't want to get upset, not here, not with the family.

Rinion blinks a few times, as the news seems to sink in. He is quiet for a moment, before a grin slowly comes to his lips. "Really? I mean, are you sure?" he asks, his hand immediately going to her stomach, as though the baby is far enough along to move for him.
Lenore nods. "I heard," she says, smiling a little. She then smiles wider at her half-brother's reaction. "Ah, I think someone is excited. . . ."
Laer looks out at the empty dance floor. With a lazy shrug, he stands. "Sure, let's go," he says, holding his hand out to her with a small smile still on his lips.
Damien seems to think on it, before saying, "There are some things in life that, no matter how much you try to sugar coat, they are going to hurt. I don't think there is a way for you to say what you are feeling without you hurting him. You are just going to have to tell him, one way or the other. If you just go along for fear of not wanting to break his heart, as you put it, you will end up miserable. And, as much as I appreciate that he seems to make you happy, I would rather you not be unhappy over him any day."

Krista relaxes instantly as she place her hands on top of his nodding "I found out a few days ago. Its why I haven't been feeling well in the mornings." blushing she glancing down at her stomach "I wasn't sure how to tell you.." looking up at him she smiles.
Melantha chuckles then leans forward brushing her lips along Lenore's ear "Hmm I wonder how you would look with a child made from us." she winks pulling back. She was jesting of course, she wanted Lenore to herself for awhile.
Taking Laer's hand she allows him to lead her out to the dance floor. She was glad he came, she knew she end up being by herself if he didn't. Placing her arms around his neck she smiles "So you having a good time?"
Tinania smiles as she leans over giving Damien a small hug "I know, its the telling that the hard part. Thank you though, this been beating at me for awhile. I just have to tell him. Hopefully he will understand." she sighs. She hope he would, if he didn't she didn't know what she was going to do.

Rinion kneels down in front of Krista, and leans close to her stomach. He whispers something to the baby inside, before standing and kissing Krista full on the lips. When he pulls away, he is grinning like a fool. "You should have known you could have told me anything! I never would have been upset over something this wonderful, melamin."
Lenore blinks, and shakes her head. "Believe me, darling, you don't want to see me pregnant. I am a nightmare," she says, shuddering. "My magic screws up, I blew up a wall! And, I can't count how many times I apparated into a man's shower while he was showering. And, I have this odd craving for papayas. . . ." she sighs, and then looks over at Damien. "But, all of that produced that gorgeous, intelligent, thoughtful boy you see over there. So, I suppose, in the end, it was well worth it. . . ."
Lear nods. "If I wasn't, I would have split, believe me," he says, tilting his head to the side. "What about you?"
"If he doesn't, then you know that you two are probably not going to work out," Damien says.

Purring she lays her head on his shoulder closing her eyes. She at this point was so happy that nothing could ruin this night for her. Looking up at him she leans in brushing her lips against his "I love you Rinion. I know I should have, but you know me, expressing myself is hard." chuckling she looks down at her stomach "Were going to have a child."
Melantha looks over at Damien biting her bottom lip. She knew he didn't know about her and his mother yet. At least not that she knew of. She was scared at how he was going to take it. Taking Lenore's hand she squeezes it lightly "And I would love every moment of it, surely you know that by now Lenore."
Drac smiles nodding alittle "Yes I am actually. I was kind of scared you wouldn't come Laer." lifting her hand she runs it carefully thought his hair "But I'm glad you did, I don't feel like a dork watching everyone around me paired up and talking to someone then."
Tinania nods, she didn't really want to think about that. The thought scared her badly. Surion was her other half. To not have him there made her want to cry.

Rinion nuzzles Krista's neck, and nods. "Yes, we are," he says, sighing happily. He then looks down at her. "Do you want to tell the rest of the family that it is going to get even bigger?" he asks.
Lenore nods, and beams at Mel. "I know, it is one of the many reasons that I love you dearly." She leans in and gives Mel a soft kiss on her lips. "And, if we ever decide to have a child, then I am sure it will be a very happy time," she says, squeezing Mel's hand in kind.
Laer's smile widens a little when he feels Drac run his fingers through his hair. He tilts his head to the side and regards Drac thoughtfully. "Now, why on Gaia would you be worried about me showing up or not?"
Damien reaches out a scaled hand and takes his cousin's in it. "Nani, whatever happens will be for the best. And, I will be here for you if you need me to."

Krista chuckles against the nuzzle to her neck "If I know my sister as well as your. I think most of them know by now. But yes I believe we should properly go tell them." leaning up she brushes her lips over his before pulling him back towards the tent. She was thrilled now, she was so scared before but now she wanted everyone to know.
Mel smiles nodding before she glances toward the tent enterance "It will be the grestest time in my life. Just knowing yours having a child we created." chuckling she smiles "And the proud parents shall be coming back soon."
Drac blushes shaking her head alittle "No reason, its nothing really." her blush deepen as she looks away from him. She didn't need to spoil this so she wasn't going to.
Tinania nods then kisses Damien's cheek "Thank you Mein. I feel alot better and I'll tell him soon. I just have to choose the proper time that all." looking over she arches a brow before she smiles wishing under her breath that a mistletoe appeared above Drac and Laer.
Call her evil, but she wanted to see everyone happy during christmas, plus Drac and Laer seem cute to her.

"Lead the way, darling," Rinion says, smiling once more.
Lenore chuckles, and shakes her head. "So I hear," she says through her chuckles, as she looks toward the entrance of the tent, waiting for them to enter.
Laer laughs, and says, "Well, now, Drac. You have me curious. . . ." so intent on trying to read her, he doesn't notice anything else around him.
Damien gives his cousin a hug, and grins. "Anytime," he says. He then follows her eyes, and watches as the mistletoe appears. He shakes his head, and nudges her with his elbow. "You wicked little fairy!" he admonishes, playfully.

Krista smiles walking back into the tent. Looking over towards her family she felt a surge of excitement run through her before she looks back at Rinion. Kissing his cheek she lead him over to the family that was still sitting "Um me and Rinion have something we want to tell everyone."
Melantha smile as she runs her finger lightly over Lenore's thigh. Looking up at her sister and brother in law she arches a brow "Oh do tell?"
Drac blushes even more as she shakes her head looking up. Arching a brow her eyes widen slightly before she darken even worse "Where did that come from?" she looks around wondering if they were everywhere. Seeing that its only above her and Laer she couldn't help but wonder if someone was trying to hint to her.
Tinania laughs then shrugs "Hey she needs a push, so I gave it to her. I would have done the same thing to you Mein if I had to." leaning her head on his shoulder she smiles "Beside Drac needs someone in her life. Ren doesn't really need her anymore, she got Ernia now."

Rinion puts his hand on the small of Krista's back and smiles just as wide as before. Thinking that his wife is going to be slow in telling it. "Yes, we do. And, we think it is good news. . . . We're going to have a baby," he blurts out.
Lenore squeals, and jumps out of her chair. She throws her arms around Krista and hugs her tight, before doing the same to her half brother. "It's about bloody time!" she says, grinning.
Ximena, whom has been lurking in the shadows, pipes up just then. "Here, here, dearest sister," and raises her glass of strong, elven wine in a toast, before draining the contents.
Laer looks up, just as the announcement is made. Before he says anything to congratulate the pair, he shrugs, and leans forward, brushing his lips lightly over Drac's. He then winks at her, waves his hand, and the mistletoe disappears.
He turns his own serpentine eyes to look at Krista and Rinion, before calling out, "Congratulations, you two!"
"The both of whom, I have noticed, have been absent from the proceedings," Damien says, chuckling a little. He then looks over at Krista and Rinion, and calls out his own congratulations. "And, the family grows even bigger. . . ." he says, with humor in his tone.

Krista yelps slightly before wrapping her arms around Lenore hugging her "I had a feeling you were waiting." chuckling she smiles to her twin before wrapping her arms around Rinion again. Glancing over she smiles to Xem nodding her head to her.
Melantha chuckles poking Krista in the nose lightly "Now I'm gonna have to watch over you even more just to make sure you don't do anything foolish." winking she looks up at Rinion "I mean Rinion will have to as I now have someone I can love to protect." she wraps her arms around Lenore smiling.
Drac eyes widen slightly as she stood there stunned from the kiss. Lifting her fingers to her lips she actually purrs before she takes a step toward Laer placing her fingers on his chin. Turning his face towards her she doesn't really give him a chance to question her as she gives him a kiss that she make sure he never forget.
Tinania chuckles before she gasps hearing the news. Laughing she looks at Mien happy "I'm gonna have a baby brother or sister. EEE!!!!" she hugs him tightly as she pulls back thrilled.

Rinions nods to everyone in thanks, before putting his arm around Krista again.
Lenore hisses in happiness, and cuddles into Mel. "Our family just keeps growing and growing," she sighs, happily, and looks at Krista. "We're going to have to help you with the nursery and all of that!" she says, glee obvious in her voice.
Laer blinks once, before returning the kiss. When it is over, he looks down at Drac, a little confused. "Where did that come from?" he manages to ask.
Damien feels almost like a rag doll, being rocked back and forth rather forcefully by Nani, and he laughs. "Down, girl," he says, softly, returning the hug.

Krista chuckles then winks "Alright so long as its not all green I'm fine with it. And yes I would love the help." looking at Rinion she leans against him closing her eyes.
Mel chuckles before she shrugs "What wrong with the color green? I happen to love the color." leaning down she nips at Lenore's ear playfully. She was happy to see that for the first time in a long time everything seem to be going right for the family.
Drac looks down biting her bottom lip before looking back up. A smile curving across her lips "I've been meaning to do it all night. I just didn't know how or when to." licking at her lip she mews alittle hoping she didn't make a bad move.
Tinania chuckles before she pulls away "Isn't this great? For the first time christmas is perfect. The family is together and were all having a great time. Its been months since anything bad has happen. Maybe our luck is changing finally." her wings flutter as she pushes her hair from her face.
