how do you get them to come? And how do you know when they're there. when they are there how long do they stay? Could someone help me?

They come when someone else comes to your town, or if you go to someone else's town. You can ask Booker at the gates "What's new?" and he'll tell you if someone came. I don't know how long they stay, but they are supposed to give out nice stuff if you bring them back together.

ok, i know u have to have the settings right by going on the phone and going to downloads i think, but i go to other people's towns and they come to mine ALL THE TIME, but i'v never even seen them. do they come like the next day or something?
