As one stepped through the sliding glass door leading into the bathhouse, the sounds of girls humming was easily heard throughtout the large, empty space. The only thing that seemed to decorate this area of the mall, other than doors and some lamps, was a half circle desk of sorts.

"We, the girls of Shinju~"

It seemed like it would be a rather nice song... or at least, the start of one, if it wasn't for the sounds of something hitting the ground, abruptly cutting off the harmony. A racket of noise was heard next, mainly questions of "Are you okay?", "Does it hurt?", "Why can't you pay attention to what you're doing?!" and "How many times have we had to start over the song?!". Apparently, this was a normal occurance here at Shinjuku. But what exactly happened was hidden behind one of many large white sliding doors, each decorated with various mystical animals, or symbols on others. The door marked 'Male's Only' was slammed open and a slim figure came out, her aura showing clearly that she was the one in charge. Not noticing anyone there as of yet, she turned around and sighed heavily, her pitch black hair wrapped up with a scarf of some sort, some strands sticking out wherever they would anyway.

"Honestly, you need to be more careful. That's why there are shoes to wear while you're cleaning." An embarassed 'sorry' was heard before the door closed again. It was then that the guest was noticed and an embarassed flush appeared on this girl's face. "Ah! Please forgive me! If I had known.." Her grey eyes reflected worry that she had offended as she rushed towards the desk and took a seat on the podium there, bowing deeply before him. "Please, come this way! Welcome to Shinjuku! I am Ariyon, the Manager of this establishment."

A bit of a pause came next as Ariyon looked around a bit nervously before finally whispering, "If you overheard what happened, pleae forgive us. There are five others who work here with me.. and one is rather new." Finally, the sounds of the girls' singing had returned, thankfully without interuption this time around.

((There will be a song.. after I figure it all out))

But Ariyon was speaking, so it was best to pay attention. "We offer many services here at Shinjuku... please, sign in the register and look over our services. Whichever pleases you best, a girl will be more than happy to take you where you need to go." Reaching into a drawer, she pulled out a thick, weathered tome and set it before her, placing a pen next to it before flipping the pages to a blank spot. It was obvious the Bathhouse was a popular place to go. "Please, sign right here."

Built like a traditional bathhouse, there was a section where customers could place their footwear and place on the cotton slippers that were available. Three doors lined either side of the bathhouse, each one marked with different symbols or animals. Whatever the girls felt would be most proper for their home.

Several types of baths were available here. The left side of the shop was for mud baths, herbal baths and the massage tables were there as well. The right side of the shop was for male bathing, female bathing and co-ed, for those who truly didn’t care who saw them naked. Though all customers had to sign in at the half circle shaped receptionist desk as well as pay for fees after their treatment was over.

Here and there, the girls of Shinjuku could be seen hard at work, humming to themselves or with each other as they carried on their various tasks. Never did they have a problem with stopping what they were doing to answer a question or two.
