Specifically the Winter Rose, but look! The hair too! They're fairly loli friendly. I very much like the new rosy headdresses you can now have.
Discuss:
Any other unobvious "loli-ish" items on gaia? (like NOT G-lol, etc)

I kinda thought the Winter Rose looked like an overgrown headdress when I first saw it. I think it can be Loli if coordinated well. ^_^
I haven't found any really items that could be considered Loli on Gaia except for the Nitemare Parasol, specifically because it is a parasol. Maybe the Ribbon Skirts too, because they kind of look like a skirt design by Baby.

The Zebra set reminds me, a bit, of Putumayou.
And those ruffled tops-- not the strapless, but the colorful button-downs-- are sort of lolita-ish. The black could coordinate into kurorori.
