I'm a little nervous on how we will do.
I'm in Junior High Concert band right now, I play with the 7th graders.
And to tell you the truth, I'm not sure if a one of them cares to practice.
My section, the clarinet section, has about 15 clarinets. Only 6 of us are 8th graders, 5 of us march. The five of us that march know what it's like and play the music very well. The others.. just don't care. Gahh.
I can't wait until next year, to be in Senior High band, and hopefully Jazz Band in two years maybe, if I get to play bass clarinet.
So, anyway, does your section just not care?
Are you nervous for your concerts?

Yeah, I get nervous for concerts...
The only reason was because I had a solo...
Just sitting up there on stage looking out in a crowded audience kind of gives me that butterfly feeling in the tummy...
