Well, after a long waiting process my husband and I definately confirmed that we want another child. We thought over expenses, the age gap between our other children and whether it would be fair. I like how he said it best ' As long as they are loved, what does it matter how old they're siblings are?' So now I'm having my fourth child! It's been 4 weeks since I found out for sure and I'm going through the entire morning sickness thing again. It's very tiring but I wouldn't have it any other way.
I posted this in the hopes that other's with similar conditions could offer what advice they had and could help me out a little bit since it's been a good twelve years since I've had a baby.

Congratulatoins. I'm glad to hear that you're excited about it!
Well my baby's 8 months (on the 18th) so it wasn't that long ago... I lucked out in that Hubby likes to cook so he'd fix meals and I could go in the other room and get away from food smells.
The motion sickness bands that they make for traveling helped a little (I found them at shapiro-in the mall). I was also told that dehydration will aggrivate morning sickness so keep up with your fluids.
I you haven't already started on them I would suggest pre-natal vitamins. I had problems with pre-natals making me sick and my OB okayed me taking Flintstones chewables... of course you should check with your doctor about that, but I did well with them. She said that they don't have the iron that you need so we just kept any eye out for anemia (which I didn't have problems with either pregnancy).

Involve the older ones now with pictures of the new addition every month and then every week so it becomes real to them, too. there are some outstanding ones that the baby products (Huggies, pampers, parents, etc.) have put out for reasonable price and the doctor's offices quite often have some that are even better - and sometimes free. Libraries are good to go to as well.
there are usually "older sister/brother" classes at the hospital for free or reasonably priced that the siblings can go to while you do the classes to get ready to have the baby. Register now if they are anything like the waiting line for them here.
And just really enjoy!

I've never really had problems with morning sickness before but this time around I feel it. My husband has been chucking pre-na. vitamins in my face the entire time and it's actually quite funny. He's so worried. He stopped smoking, drinking and has been working during all his free time on the baby's room with my son.
Sadly, I haven't been able to attend work for the past week because of a family death. On Christmas morning my father went to wake up my mother, and found her dead. She never complained about heart pains, artheritis, or anything. Mama was perfectly healthy....Doctor's told us that she had a heart-attack in her sleep and I'm having a rough time dealing with it. Husband's afraid that all this stress with make me mis-carriage so I haven't gone to work and have just been relaxing as of late.

Wow, what an aweful thing to wake up to on Christmas morning! I can't imagine. I think I'd be lost if I were to lose my mom right now. Funny how even as adults we need our parents.

That's awesome that your husband has been able to make all those changes! I'm glad that he's excited about the baby and that's really neat that he's able to get your son involved in all this.
