Oddly enough, this isn't a pro- or anti-inflation topic. I just want some economic savvy.
So since my current outfit is crap (I wanted to base it around the Santa hat, but that failed pretty hard due to my craptastic fashion sense), I want to ask you guys about the current MC's released today.
Firstly, I've decided against buying the elemental hair. As cool as it is, I'm never giving up my silver, long-haired bishie locks. (FTW) This leaves that white rose thing, as well as the flame swords. I've decided I'd probably like to get two of each.
Now, I recently got a job, and it's making me consider getting a paypal account to buy these letters. It's only... like, $7.00 or something Canadian, and considering I've been on Gaia since '03, it would be wonderful to pay them back, especially at a time like this when the inflation of the MC's is beyond brutal. So here's my first question: Anyone know if you can use Paypal without a credit card? I've got debit, and a bank account, but... that's it.
My second question relates to the topic title; I wanted to ask what you guys thought about the inflation of these MC's. Do you believe that (like most MC's) the price will eventually fall nearer to the end of the month? Or, do you think that the price will stay at this jacked-up price for a long time?
Please help me. I've got 60 k, so at the current prices I can only buy 3 of the items. I'm strongly considering the donation option to save myself the trouble/stupidity of wasting all my gold on three items.

I was taking advantage of inflation for a few months to earn some gold.
Judging by what the prices are now, they'll fall to about 15k, probably even less, before the next MC comes out. If you can stand to wait a few weeks, I'd recommend waiting.
But ofcourse, everyone loves donating to the wonderful Gaia. pirate
I've used Paypal a bit, and I'm pretty sure you can link a Paypal account to either a Credit Card or Bank Account. So you shouldn't have any trouble doing it.

What I'm doing is sending in some money for one of each Item. It's easier for me to get real money than it is to get Gaia Gold, because I work..a lot. I'd suggest going the donation route, since you have your own job now.

I want the rose, since I have some white and it'd also go with my blues.
Pay money! It's like $2.50 right? Not much. MUCH easier than trying to get 20K. xDD
