Can someone tell me the difference between the Lost and Found and the Recycling Bin?

Other than location and the dratted seeds that always show up in the Lost and Found that is?

What determines which items show up where...and when?

i tought that the items that'll show up in the lost and found are kina random.. and i heared that if you have items lying around in your town they will pop up there xX

You can put items into the recycling bin, but not the lost and found.

From what I've gathered:
The lost and found is random items. But also if there are items laying around your town they will eventually show up there.
The recyle bin is where items out of animals homes show up when they don't want them anymore.

Yes thes true and if u want something from soemoen my suggestion is to send them a whole lot of furniture then check recycling bin every day
