Remember in season 2, when Jack "beat up" Tony, and he got the sprained ankle?
This was actually a basketball injury Carlos Bernard sustained in real life. They had to work it into the plot!
Every cast member has a clause in their contract to get their hair cut every 2 weeks or something to keep it looking the same lol.
The website that Saunders gave the president in Season 3 to post the classified information had, for a time (and could now for all I know...) a special message for 24 fans when fans followed the link.
310-597-3781 which is used in season 4 as jack bauer's cell phone # and as baruz's girlfriend's mother's phone # is the 24 fan phone.

In an interview, executive producer Howard Gordon revealed that Logan was originally going to "get away scott free" with everything he had done in Season 5
Day 5 6am-7am:
On the back of the photo that Buchanan gives to Chloe, you can see the words "DAED SI KCAJ", which spelled backwards is "Jack is dead".
Day 5 7am-8am;
When Jack kills the assassin at the end of the hour, the scene is identical to when he killed Nina. In both scenes the person Jack is going to kill is on the ground and wounded. The camera is at the eye level of the person and looking up at Jack. In one scene he is avenging his wife, in the other he is avenging Palmer and Michelle.

Some are in Wikipedia... others are just found on fan websites. IDK if they are all true.
The cougar in season 2 actually bit Elisha Cuthbert and she was rushed to the hospital and off the set for a few days.
Reiko Aylesworth originally audition for the role of Nina Meyers. A year later, after the role went to Sarah, Reiko was called in to read for Michelle, she got the role.
Sarah Clarke (Nina Myers) and Xander Berkeley (George Mason) got married after Season 2.
