Since you said that was what you think it was, I think so too. All these extra explainations seem to are trying to hard to tie it to the occult. Sometimes things like that happen and it's just your body reacting to something.

Sometimes I get, (which could be what you're having) a sudden urge to just shake my shoulders and it probably looks like from a far that I'm having a spasm or like a dog shaking itself off. I think it's just a musle spasm and that's about it.

Like the eye twitching thing. You wouldn't say you're giving off energy if your eye just pops randomly up and down. xD

Any particular things that you are doing during that time? Maybe try to keep a journal of activities of what you do when you have that spasm. It might help you figuring out.
