I'd have to say Jesus. Strong Mad may be Strong, but he's dumb. Plus, Jesus has that return from the dead thing going, so no matter how many times Strong Mad killed him, he'd just come right back for another round.

If they actually fought, Stinko-man, hands down.
But, with Strong-Bad's coolness, Stinko-man would refuse to fight.
