Trill couldn't supress a surprised cheep when another griffin, close to his own size and age, leapt out of a doorway and pounced Asriel. He even skittered backwards, giving in to the nervous tension which had been building up since he sneaked into Headquarters, but he stopped himself just short of actually fleeing. With a great deal of effort, he turned around to watch the scuffle.

Asriel, caught off his guard, tripped over and fell, Torak leaping ontop of him and nipping at his ear playfully. Asriel groaned, plucking the chick off of him with his beak and placing him a couple feet away. He first felt annoyed, and then happy. The little chick thought of him as a brother, and that made Asriel quite pleased.
Torak leaped up again onto Asriel's back, but instead of biting and nipping, he sat between Asriel's two wings, like a rider and his horse. Torak gave a happy chirp, swishing his tail.
Aleraya's flight came to an end as she landed on her landing platform, realizing she was late for a meeting. She rushed into her room, grabbing a cluster of papers in her beak and hurrying down the hall. She saw a mass of red feathers ahead and knew it was Asriel. She had to stop quickly to keep from colliding. Torak was on his back, with the other gryphon from earlier infront of them. She quickly nudged past them, hurrying on down the hallway in a flurry of feathers.

Poor Aleraya. It seems like she's the only person in the Squad who actually does any work.
Trill watched with wide eyes as the other chick played with Asriel, and then as Aleraya brushed by him. He had not imagined Headquarters this way. And, at the same time, Asriel was suddenly much less imposing when serving as a mount for a sable-colored chick. It brought an avian smile to Trill's face.

xd Asriel was grinning broadly when he turned back to the other gryphon. If his feathers hadn't already been red, it would be easy to tell that he was blushing.
He gave the gryphon a hard stare before brushing past him down the hallway.
Torak looked back at the gryphon and gave a small chirp, gesturing for the other gryphon to follow them. Torak had only glimpsed the room Asriel was taking too. The room where all future members of the Sexy Squad got to go, made just for them. Torak had had dreams of the magical place, and he couldn't belive he was going there. He wanted to share the joy of being there with Asriel and the other gryphon.
Aleraya pushed through her office door, throwing her papers on the table, quickly preened her feathers, trying to look presentable for whoever she was meeting with. Just as she was preening her left wing, another gryphon pushed through the door. He was a rather ugly gryphon, the colors of his feathers clashed awfully, and he looked like he needed a good bath. Aleraya eye's water just at the smell of him. The gryphon bobbed his head in an odd fashion, fluffing up his breat feathers. "I would like to join the Sexy Squad," he said in a rushed string of words, shuffling from foot to foot nervously. Aleraya shook her head. "I'm sorry...This isn't the place for you. The Sexy Squad is for gryphons who...well...look somewhat sexy..." The gryphon nodded slowly, shuffling out the door with his head down. Aleraya sighed, looking out the window with a wishful look in her eyes.

Trill followed Asriel and the other chick at a careful distance, but then he got bolder, when it became apparent that he was in no real trouble, and there didn't seem to be any danger that he would receive any sort of disciplinary action. He began to stalk the two, his tail sweeping low to the ground and his ears back flat, his wings folded close to his body. Finally, his own position was perfect.
He pounced!
