Um....why exactly is this policy in place?
[~Sassy~] - The question above has yet to be answered. Why exactly is this policy in place? Why can't they be employees of both? Though in my opinion I wouldn't understand why someone would join 2 price guides, but I think maybe this is a question worth giving a clear answer to. Simply saying that it was policy before you became an employee doesn't exactly explain much.
