I'm Errodu, I'm an official judge of the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game, and I'd love to help you understand how to play a lot better! Right now I'm working on a tutorial, but in the mean time ask me questions and I'll answer them.

At comic-con 2006, my friend brought me a samwise autographed pic for the card game. Since then, i've been interested, but at my current location and limited access to the net, i haven't learned much about it. Can u enlighten me on this subject?(My avi s a demonhunter knockoff, so i love Craft)

World of Warcraft the Trading Card Game is by far the most organized and in my opinion, the greatest card game made so far, where the game focuses on strategy much more than how your deck is built.

Many popular artists who drew art for Magic the Gathering and Warcraft III and World of Warcraft (and much more, even Gabe from Penny Arcade!) have been recruited to draw their own unique styles into the cards. So not only is there a sense of strategy about the game, there's also a high respect for art as well.

People who are experianced in other card games can tell you that they found World of Warcraft the Trading Card Game to be the most interesting and most fun card game they've ever played thus far. Two weeks ago me and a friend were introducing the game to two Magic the Gathering veterans. Once we told them about the Resource system, the cost of the cards, and how much variety and strategy there is in the game, they instantly dropped out of Magic and bought some starter decks.

It's a very interesting game, and there's more than one way to play it.

Hell! There's 4 ways to play it!

How similar is it to MTG?

I believe I answered that in Questions.

Well for one there's Resources, that's basically the most recognisable feature so far in WoWTCG, since they play out like mana: using resources to pay for other cards.

For two certain cards can "block" and "defend" against attackers that would try to attack you directly, but only cards with the "Protector" effect can do so.

Damage is applied in a similar way in Magic where if the attack exceeds the opposing card's health, the opposing card dies, and vice versa.

Cards that are summoned cannot attack the same phase they are summoned, since it has "Summoning Sickness" as some people call it.

There's also an effect called "Ferocity" that applies the same effect as "Haste", where cards ignore summoning sickness and attack head-on.

I'm confused on one thing: Resources.

I've only played TCG's like Pokemon and YuGiOh. those games never had resources or anything like them (pokemon had Prize cards).

How do you get a resource? Do you sacrifice a card or something?

Resources would be like the energy cards in Pokemon, except that they aren't attatched to a specific creature in the WoW TCG. They go in a resource section and you can use them over and over (once each turn).

A 3nodding

I got a question about Aleyah's ability, lets say shes got an ally that attacks for 5 damage and it attacks an ally with 4 health, does Aleyah heal 4 or does she heal 5 ? question

B xd

Do her ability count for every ally that attacks that turn or just one ???? ninja

question if an opposing ally attacks a protecter does it exhausts? for example crazy igvand gets attacked byTaz' dingo directly and not ur hero. and which this happens r u still able to protect ur hero with Crazy Igvand? and another question the card called Holy Light it says "Your hero heals 5 damage from target hero or ally Draw a card" does this mean i would b able to take 5 damage from another ally or hero and heal my hero with the 5 damage i just had taken from the opposing ally or hero. im only asking this cause im still new to the game i just want to kno if im getting cheated or not. id appreciate if u can help me with this.

Ok, I have a couple of questions, myself.

One, can more than party member attack in one turn? If so, do they attack at the same time or do they each have their own miniphase?
