December 16th and 17th: Hobby League Beta Arrives!
World of Warcraft, Trading Card Game isn't quite as popular yet to many people because it's still new, but Upperdeck and Blizzard are still making it as interesting as ever. To try and boost its popularity, they've released a "Beta" version of their Hobby League, where people will gather in one area and do nothing but play WoWTCG all day long! Whether you're there to learn it or just find it interesting, you won't leave empty handed because they'll give out limited edition cards called Extended Art Cards, where you get 50% more art on the card. Just by walking in (And perhaps paying an entry fee, some card stores are like that) you'll automatically recieve an Extended Art Card called The Defias Brotherhood. Want to join in? There's hundreds of local card stores that are participating in this event, so there's a good chance a card store near you will host it! This event might not happen, since poor planning on upperdeck's part has held back specific card stores from hosting this event. There are quite a lot of card stores that do not even know they were going to host the event, so call the cardstore you were planning on going to before saturday and sunday to find out if they will host the tournament.

December 6th: Onyxia's Raid Deck Now Availible!
Now I barely play the World of Warcraft MMO, but Onyxia's so popular a character in Warcraft, that even I know who she is. Recently Upperdeck released a very unique pre-constructed deck called a Raid Deck. More information on how to play this deck will be released in another topic, but this concept of a Raid Deck is so fun and unique, it'll sink you and keep you stuck into the TCG craze!
