Well, it kinda depends. I think that you shouldn't do the fun hacking. (Ex: All items at very first of game.) Until you've beaten it. The hacking that no one loves is stickied. Someone turned his Town Gate into a museum. (No more wi-fi!) Their is no excuse for that one.
