Since I was about 5 I've never remembered anything from my dreams, and the thing is I feel as though whatever I can't remember is something important, I was wondering if anyone knew something I could do to help myself remember?

Before going to sleep try telling your self a couple of times that you want to remember your dreams. Make sure you have a notepad and a pencil/pen handy next to you when you wake up just in case you have any thing to jot down.

its strange thing though that you forget about your dreams right after when you wake up. on the bright side its a good thing i guess, or you would've been haunted by a nightmare that you might've had for the rest of your lives. or a feeling that you're living in many different worlds and have no idea which one's real. razz
