Preferably free, safe, and legal. sweatdrop I listenend to Uterus by Das Ich on someone's myspace page, and fell madly in love- but I can't find it anywhere. Not to mention the fact that I got an MP3 player for my birthday today, and it's pathetically empty...

Also- my friends have talked about Limewire and Kazaa, and about getting music from these places- what are they, how do they work? File sharing... I'm slightly confused. sweatdrop
And someone told me Limewire was filled to the brim with spyware. Is that true? O_o

Trinity of impossibility. You can usually get a song or two from the band's website(NEW INFORMATION), and then there are free compilations like Mothers Against Noise, but other than that, usually at least the last word is missing from the combination.

Hah, that's what I figured. Thanks, though.

Im a DJ and most of the time im always lookin for new music. Its not the best place to download music but i would say its pretty legal safe and is definately free. Recently another DJ has pointed to Frost Wire. I get my music within maybe 2 minutes tops. Its pretty fast and its been pretty efficent.

Typically speaking, you've asked for the Trinity of Impossible. Free Safe and Legal don't go together. (How we wish). There is a program I find better than Limewire (for sure) called Soulseek (google it). It is, again, a file share program... Kazza-like, but alot lesser known. Which, in essence, is abit "safer". Or, if you'd rather not take chances with that, I use Dogpile, under music, and search for any song I'm after. 9/10 times I can find it, with some word tweaking. Good luck!

Also, Soulseek is almost constantly in some Beta stage, so, take what you will from that. It hasn't caused me problems, but on occasion there IS an update release.
