Papina blinked at Reign before gingerly raising an eyebrow as she moved out of the way. If there was an ambush on the other side, a bow just wouldn't do much in the way of damage or protection. Which meant Reign would be a better choice to open the door. She moved back some, readying her bow in case an attacker came out.

The room had no windows, and just the one door. On the floor was a pallat of hay spread thinly. On that lay an emaciated figure, skin pulled taunt over bones. Dark hair was greasy and hacked off unevenly. Mr. Mysterious was right behind the girls. As the door swung open the figure winced back from the light. That single movement of life brought the man sweeping into the room, hood fluttering back. Gently he cradled the woman in his arms, silent tears making a track down his face.

Reign blinked at the form in the room, then there was this blur going past her and she blinked again at the sight of Mr. Mysterious. Feeling a bit awkward and intruding, the chimp girl backed out of the room to stand guard and make sure that no guards sneak up on them.

Papina jerked in surprise, managing to lower her bow before she removed the arrow. It took several stunned seconds as she just stared at the scene inside the room before she shook her head, noticed what Reign was doing, and reloaded her bow with the same thought in mind. She went and did a quick listen at the other doors, hoping there were no guards hiding behind any of them.

It sounded like there were several sleeping guards in the room next door but apparently they hadn't heard the commotion just outside their door. While the two girls kept look out, Mr. Mysterious gently picked Nara up. Navigating the door proved to be a little tricky, as the woman could barely cling to her savior.
Stepping over sprawled bodies, the man hurried towards the way they had come in, moving as fast as he could.

Reign had watched as Papina checked the other doors. She felt the air move as the man passed her and she turned, watching as he practically ran down the hallway. Shrugging, Reign started off after him. She didn't want to be left here!

Papina caught movement out of the corner of her eye and spun her head in time to see Reign and Isdra almost sprinting down the hall. She bit back a yelp and darted after them as silently as she could, holding both bow and arrow in one hand as she used the other to keep herself balanced as she ran. It would help if they let her know they were leaving before they left!
((*assuming Isdra is following too*))

Out the door, over the rocks, and through the water. The time for sneaking was long gone now, it didn't matter who saw them as they left. Once in the boat, the man set Nara down gently and moved to steer the boat.
As for Nara, things were still hazy and not making much sense. But there were three others nearby and she tried to summon a smile for the girls.
((If you want to ask Nara something go ahead, if not just post wrapping up))

The chimp girl managed to smile back at Nara. She was burning with questions, but the relic girl was in such bad shape that she didn't want to press Nara with questions right then. Maybe she'd ask some later.

Papina risked the water this time, only barely remembering to keep the bow above the water before she reached the boat and clambered aboard. She knelt beside Nara, a worried look on her face. "Nara?" she asked, her voice quivering with multiple emotions. She didn't seem able to say anything else, and hoped Nara would get what she meant. Was she going to be okay?
No wonder some people were willing to kill. If she hadn't been so worried about Nara, she would have marched right back in there, shooting whoever she could, her blood boiling with rage at what they had done to Nara.
