Intimidators are ogrinally based off the Spyder design, so its not too much of a feat to do this. It can give you a true 1 of 1 marker and thats what most people who do this are looking for.
Modification wise Spimmys aren't too much on the custom work side, mainly it all slaping some parts on. The only thing you have to do that I remember correctly is drill and tap some holes. Even know the owner of that one did pull out some extra features to make it more custom.
Bob Long made Spyder bodies. Yeah it's just a matter of putting all the parts together it's still cool to see the outcome. Even so there is still loads of hours put into that gun i've seen a couple of Spimmies who don't look quite as nice as that one. Usually when we see a spimmy it's just a ugly 500 dollar gun.
If I could do the milling and anno myself I would try it out.
