Possible big DW Episode rumor going round : DW meets the Master (who? my friend told me) who regenerated 15 times. Maybe he'll learn how??

Has this happened? I'm confuddled.

I think there was a rumour of a big baddy coming back, some people said it was the Rani but that rumour was put to rest, I am not sure if they laid the master coming back to rest, but I never really liked the master XD I prefer regular random aliens more than a whole epic with the master biggrin

I'm at a lose because I didn't see any of his appearences in Doctor Who. Dx

I couldn't watch 'em, my TV was being dodgy.

Ah, but yes, I think he must have some sort of similar curse.

I think the returning baddy might be the Sontarans, see my thread in the Doctor Who Sub-forum.

The Master didn't actually regenerate more than the limit, while he tried to get a new set of regenerations from the High Council of Gallifrey during The Five Doctors, he failed to do so. In his thirteenth and final life rather than dying he choose to steal another body in The Keeper of Traken. He does this again in the 1996 TV movie where he steals a human body and then attempts to steal the body of the Eighth Doctor. As a Villain the Master has the capacity to be great it's just that he was overused to the point of almost comic relief in the 80s and the version in the TV movie was almost too over the top to be believable. If they could do a proper Master like Roger Delgado's version then I'm all for his return, otherwise not so much.

I reckon Jack and his ship went to the 1940's and served as CAptain JAck HArkness when that man didn't report for duty. CAptain jack HArkness the doesn't report for duty at the height of the blitz, thats when he disappears with the dr. I think he was a time agent but lost his job and got reckoned when he showed cowardice coz he says to the dr at the end of series one "i was better of as a coward" which shows he was a coward before he met the dr. He then gets left in satalitte 5. I think after this he goes back and serves in the army somehow (possibly the rift?) coz when hes in the army he shows bravery. In episode countrycide, he tells the boy of how he was tortured real badly so he musn't have been a coward or he would have caved in by the torture before it got that painful. Then he goes somewhere else or those objects like the tardis thing he wouldn't have, coz he couldn't keep them through the war.
