the nice people at the uni I was emailing before suddenly emailed me out of the blue to tell me about the latest quantum info project and that i should go and visit them isn't that nice
but im SO TERRIFIED what if i'm too stupid for it or something sweatdrop sweatdrop quantum info = heart though, the project sounds cool
wah! any uhm... advice? on how to persuade them that I'm great and they should give it to me? and how to be less terrified?

A famos man once said, "that anyone who thinks he can contemplate quantum machanics without getting dizzy hasn't propery understood it." Noris Bohr. but dont let this be a gided line. if you do or dont that cool quantum machanics is cool but hard. and if the project is fun do it like Neplonen Dyamite said, "just to your heart, thats what I do." As for the fear turn it in to motivtion. people love that. uumm.... I got nothing else. ooh... good luck. biggrin biggrin biggrin

Read up about where you're thinking of working. Check out recent publications that their lead researchers have contributed to. Talk to them about them, they'll like that.
