Yes a hacking device but using action replay for acww is not hacking its game saving passme is the real hacking
I don't get it really how one could do such a thing.

it kinda is, unless you just use things for jokes like making yourself giant (especially on the gamecube one. there actually is a whole area behind the traintracks!!!)
