Dekoto foxyboy_chan Dekoto I think it's pretty pathetic that people can't type with correct grammar. I agree strongly with what ForbiddenChild and fiendsworth. It's not like people talk like that with all the numbers and all...That kind of ticks me off...

It does sorta tick the mind off....Maybe people do that Just to tick people who actually use good grammar off... eek Oh, the conspiracy!

Bad grammer really ticks me off in forums. It's one thing to use abbreviations in AIM or another instant messager, especially when you need to say something really fast like, "OMG. house on fire. g2g," but some people go nutso with their net abbreviations. For instance, "leik omg, he=hott when r u comming over? :3." I don't even know what that could mean and I typed it! So how could, let's say, a fellow RP-er know what the heck is going on if you type like that? It confuses the people participating and takes away from the RP experience.
I really, really, really get annoyed when people spell third grade words like "coming" wrong. It's not that difficult! I'm horrible at spelling, but at least I take the time to make sure what I type is grammatically correct and properly spelled (as to not sound incompetent). Take the extra time to check your grammer and spelling, it will save you from looking like an imbicile later.
The only 1337 I tolerate is the 1337 in Megatokyo.
