I contest that Goku could barely stand on King Kai's planet in 10x gravity.
As such Spidey can Bench 15 tons now and has held up the daily Bugle while having a cracked rib. Neither Radditz nor Goku pre-king Kai training are physically strong enough to break Spidey's webbing, and they'd all underestimate him due to lack of ki.
Phe, could you make it with both Goku Pre-King Kai and then Goku after King Kai training?

Due to many things, not the least bit being Gaia wonkiness. I'm a tad later than I'd hoped to be. sweatdrop
Anyhow.
This is the DBU and a group of the same species no less. Inferentially anything a lower powered character (Raditz, Nappa) can do, a higher power (Vegeta, Goku w/ Kaioken) can do better. At least at this stage in the DBU.
durability
All of them are shown to have withstood a force more powerful than a moon destroying blast, inferentially at least.
Raditz took Goku's Kamehameha.
Nappa took Piccolo's various attacks.
Vegeta took Goku's normal Kamehameha.
Goku took blasts significantly more powerful than his kamehameha.
Nappa also was shown capable of creating some sort of force shield against his body that protected himself from Chiatzu's (sp) kamikaze attack. Unknown whether or not said shield would deflect webbing or not.
Strength
Sheer physical strength isn't often displayed in the DBU simply because usually it's strength on strength without any real sort of reference.
It can be inferred, however, that none of them are capable of moving with 10 tons attached to each limb.
The only real reference is Nappa ripping apart the army units.
Speed
Similar to above. Playing with army planes, dodging bullets etc.
Also Raditz catching each of the individual pellets of a shotgun.
firepower
I don't remember if Raditz/Nappa had any energy blasts, but Vegeta and Goku both have blasts that are, at least, strong enough to destroy the moon.

WAY later than I wanted to be.
Anywho, Spidey has greater examples of physical strength than any of the Z-fighters have shown (exception of Nappa), and has fought varius beings with Simular powers. He's also far harder to predict, capable of keeping up with them in close combat, and has his webbing that none of the fighting Z-fighters could break without using energy or taking a second to do so.
Spidey also has a fair amount of durability and due to his Spider sense can roll with puches thrown by Thor of the Hulk himself.
The Biggest factor that makes me lean towards him is ythat SPidey's intelligence outstrips the Sayjin's completely, and the majority of them anger easily enough for Spidey to take advantage of it.
