So there was a big IRC chat, and in it a bunch of people discussed who we would and wouldn't like to see as Vice Captains.
This isn't telling you to do anything in any way, it's just ideas that we had.

Good for VC (we think): Ezra, Meru, Nymphie, Druki, IHD, Padme, Parking Lot, Roger, Buzz, Insom.
Bad for VC (we think): Dukes, DeGei, s a x e, Mr. Sellophane, Alain, Amigo, Aine, Belle & clan, Sin, new people, inactive people.
We had...what, 10 people in the chat at it's most populated time.

 I agree that Ezra Nymphie, IHD, PL, Roger, Buzz, and Insom could be VC's but personally Meru can get a bit annoyed, especially at new people, I'd be afraid of what might happen to them, on the other hand she was a pretty good VC so I'm nuetral on her. Druki I don't know well enough to make a judgement. Pixie, no offense but I just don't think you could be a good VC. I agree that Me, Dukes, DeGei, Bialy, Alain, new people, and inactives shouldn't be VCs but a few of the others seem like they are based off of personal grudge or you just don't like the person/s. I think that Zae should (if she can get some time) to set up a VC application and have people PM them to her, and she can choose them then.

Did you not see the thread where I said Warning new people might scare them off? I care.
Other then that I have no complaints with that list.

I'd like to see Zae assess every person applying and choose herself, if she has the time. :x I don't mean to offend you, but you didn't give any good reason why those people are/n't suitable to be vice captains.
On top of that, it's quite clear that Meru and Nymphie don't want to be vice captains anymore.

I appreciate the input. I am going to lock this topic because I'm not sure that I like where it is going with who is good and who is bad.
I will be setting up an application and training process for VC's.
I am also going to set up a training process for MC's.
