I'm trying to plant a bunch of fruit trees in a spot by my gate. It's about 4 rows of three.
Every day for over a week now I plant them, next day they're dead.
Replant, dead, replant, dead. Over and over again.
This can't be coincidence or bad luck.
Can I not grow trees here? Am I planting too many at one time?
Is the positioning of other trees effecting this?
What the hell is the problem.

In the game, there are some spots that just will not grow trees. No matter how many times you plant. I've run into that, also, putting my trees on a grid. There's nothing you can do about it, aside from hacking. It sucks, I know.

Also, trees will not grow if planted right next to each other. There has to be at least one space separating them. 3nodding

 And coconut trees only grow along the beaches and the cedar trees only grow in the northish areas of town.

That's what I heard. Was that the bottom section of the town won't sprout cedars. But I'm guessing it's just the areas above the beaches.

Perhaps. I haven't gotten that far down yet on the map (planting my trees on a grid), but I'm way more than halfway down.

OMG, you're right! In the new row of trees I planted, the cedars didn't grow! It seems I've gotton as far down as I can go with my cedars... T-T Oh well... Nothing I can do about it.

OMG, you're right! In the new row of trees I planted, the cedars didn't grow! It seems I've gotton as far down as I can go with my cedars... T-T Oh well... Nothing I can do about it. That is interesting.....and weird. Hm...
