If you look, all of the stickies are special threads for main dicussion, and they are stuck there so that they dont get lost in the abyss of the other threads. They have to main topics stickied, like The Tenten Sticky. It's a general dicussion place where you can specifically talk about Tenten. If you make a thread about tenten outside of the Tenten Sticky, you'll be alerted and the thread will be locked. I'm not completley sure if my hypothesis is right, since I'm not a mod, but I'm pretty sure that's the right explaination... sweatdrop
