Giving a quick nod, he got back to his feet and charged back at the beast.

Bella looked around, and found and opening. She whipped out a Talisman, and rolling directly underneath it, threw it at it's central Chakra point, paralyzing the bird as the talisman stuck to it. "Finish it now you old bags!"

"I'm not that old..." Elise pouted like a kitten. Quickly snapping out of she, she blasted the crow with her spell, demolishing it.
"Well, that's one less black chicken in the world. Now, that that's done," He turned back to Ryan. "You and the guys are coming with us; I badly want to test out my blender."

Bella wiped her brow, and looked over to Somotha "I see you are still just as shady a guy as ever." She looked around at the others "I guess you people are wondering why such a cute and perky little angel like me is here? Well, I don't know if I can trust you shady people but...." she put her nunchaku away "My name is Bella Rie, apprentice Shrine Maiden of the Holy Shrine of Valde Aequus. Strange demonic entities are spewing out of some wierd portal in the forest near my home. They are assaulting the village, and I came here through that very portal, to find the cause and eliminate it."

Somotha and Revin looked at each other, despite being a bit scruffed up they both gave each other the "I thought we ditched her" look. The voice screamed in anger, "you'll all fall to my mighty hand, you'll seeeee", it said as the cage lifted up and the jewel was nowhere to be found. "Glad that's over, seemed like we were fighting for a while".

Bella shook her head "Strange, very strange indeed. Well, I am heading back to the shrine. While I wander aimlessly seeking out the cause, my villageis being destroyed. I can at least put up a barrier to protect my village from those monstrosities. I will return pnce the barrier is up. Thanks for the help!" She smiled and bowed, then formed a few handseals. A portal opened up to Valde Aequus "Don't break any bones while I'm gone, you old cronies!" She nodded, and stepped through,

"Just who is that anyway?", Revin asked Somotha, remembering that she was behind him when he was giving Somotha the information about Ryan. "Who knows...just some kid that bumped into me and decided to follow me around", he'd say, shrugging. Ryan looked different as his white straight hair went down almost below his waist, he had a moustache and a thin beard (picture Toki off Fist of the North Star, if you are familiar with it), he was still scrawny but showed some muscular development and his once happy-go-lucky expression was overshadowed by a serious and almost painstricken demeanor. He'd dust off his scruffed up pants and place his shirt on right (surprising enough he didn't have to worry about it flying off), "let's head back to Earth so we can see this thing that Vain wants us to see". Revin, Somotha and Jeremiah looked at Ry in amazement, Spath kept an averted gaze...something about Ry was different..not good..not bad...just different.

Vain and Elise lead the way back into the plain of existance, and opened a portal back to Earthrealm.
