I intitially had compuctions about doing this becasue Swordmaster inatly sounds like more advanced class, likely a prestigue class. However, I found I could not accomplish the same results with a prestigue class that I could with a base class. I'll be frank, what I'm trying to acomplish with this class is something akin to the swordmaster class found in teh Fire EMblem games, although done one better as far as detail and construction is concerned. I'm also tyring to take the otehr sources of such characters and do some melding with those. The class itself is simmilar to a knock off of a monk with fighter and rogue influance. Anyway this is what I have thus far:

Swodmaster
HD: d8
Skills: 4+Int Modifier
Class Skills: Balance (Dex), Climb (Str), Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Diplomacy (Cha), Escape Artist (Dex), Hide (Dex), Jump (Str), Knowledge (local) (Int), Knowledge (history) (Int), Listen (Wis), Move Silently (Dex), Perform (Cha), Profession (Wis), Ride (Dex), Search (Int), Sense Motive (Wis), Spot (Wis), Survival (Wis), Swim (Str), and Tumble (Dex).
BA: Best
Saves: Good All
Alignement Restrictions: Not Sure
Evasion
Bonus Feats: 1st- Quick Draw, Combat Expertise or Two-Weapon Fighting, 2nd-

This is basically as far as I've gotten. The idea behind is to acomplish something like monk devoted to the sword instead of the body. However I do not feel a Lawful alignement restriction is necessary because mastery of teh sword doesn't take the same kind of adherence to a specific code of conduct that the monks use. It take discipline granted, but also takes a keen mind. That and in much fantasy and liturature, these types of swordsmen generally can turn out to be revolutionaries as easily as law enforcers (possible more often). Altogether though I'm still needing to add much work on this class and the style in which they aquire bonus feats seems to be causing me problems. If anyone has any idea what I'm talking about or has any suggestiongs, please by all means. At this point suggestions can only help out (for the most part anyway).

Also I was trying to create a character based on this, using this class, at first agreeign with my Dm as I advanced in level on what class abilities are obtained and such, however he is only 3rd level so it hasen't progressed much.
