Uh... Wow... Some pretty crazy sprites going on there.

However, It just so happens that I was looking for a custom trainer sprite done.

Just take this one User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.

And Make the jacket, Pants, and hair black. That's it. I'm just too lazy to do it myself.

And make sure it doesn't end up with any Dratini heads, or Charizard tails, Ok? Thank you.

Well, anyone can do sprite edits, but he's doing it for people, and charging gold for it. It's a Shop.
