"Well, you have some on your side now, Gazali-san," Seishirou smiled, pulling out a small case. "This case contains a set of charms that you can use at your own discretion-- consider it a... welcoming gift to the Alliance. Would you like me to explain them to you?"

Seishirou smiled and began to explain the charms within the case.
Quote: Gifts from the Alliance
Note: Each charm works up to seven times a day, unless noted otherwise.
Summon a protective spirit (limit: 20 minutes, 10 minutes if under heavy attack)
Create an illusive space you can control (limit: 15 minutes)
Create a large explosion (limit: 20 yards)
Bind someone to you (limit: three days each use)
Create binding ribbons from someone's blood (limit: once per day per victim, depending on available blood)
Become part of the shadows (can be used as a transport) (limit: viewable area)
Cruciatus Curse (limit: 30 minutes)
Imperius Curse (limit: one person at a time, 20 minutes)
Telekinesis (limit: 20 minutes, up to 300 lbs)
Create a whirlpool/maelstrom (limit: 20 minutes, must be near water)
Enhance night vision (limit: one hour)
Enhance someone's bad luck (limit: one hour)
Distort your appearance (limit: two hours)
Give yourself fangs (can be used as a weapon) (limit: two hours)
Materialize a katana (limit: one for an hour)
Load the dice/stack the deck (limit: one game per hour)
Hide in the shadows by becoming part of them (limit: once per hour)
Capture a spirit (limit: one per day, can only be held for that one day)
Summon the Kraken (limit: once per day, depending on use, must be on water)
Change water into a coma-inducing (or less) poison (limit: once per day, remains poison for 20 minutes)
Summon one of the doctors to you (limit: once per day)

"Oh, I'd never think of it," Indeed, he wouldn't, but he could use one or two of those to get back at his brother for posted those icky pictures of naked women all over his room. Wow, even in his head that sounded immature. But he had to try them out SOMEHOW.

"Just so you know, Gazali-san-- you should probably be careful to check the charms in the case every so often. They have a habit of... changing," Seishirou smiled slightly. "Other than that, feel free to do as you like, provided you don't cast suspicion on the Alliance for anything you do personally. Not that it's likely you will, just... discretion is the better part of valor in times like these."
