i just got my new halo in today and i noticed that its feed neck is really wide, it wont fit in my blackmagics clamping feedneck, i think im going to have to sand it down, and i was just wonderig if anybody else has had this problem ???

Halos not fitting in feednecks is a common thing. My buddy had the same problem when he borrowed my Orracle for a day. The field didn't have sandpaper so we actually had to used a file to shave it down and boy did that take some time.
Remember not to sand too much off, you can always sand more off but you can't sand it back on.

yeh mine nvr fit my ion clamping but i sanded it down. also somethign that helps clamping necks grip the hopper better is to wrap a layer of duct tape around the sanded part. the threads in the tape is strong and it helps more than just normal.

when i got my brand new empire it didnt fit. ya sanding was my solution lol

my friend has an ion and got a halo for it and the same problem. but after sanding in down it was a good and i got my @$$ kicked.
