Megamickel nodded. Potion-making? This promised to be interesting. Of course, he had some basic experience with mixing herbs, but hadn't really learned enough to make his own potions. As he made his way to the cabinet filled with various potion-making ingredients, he began to fill with anticipation. What if he couldn't do it? The possibility of the potion exploding was most likely low, considering these ingredients didn't seem to be useful for explosives, as you could find them quite readily. As he returned to his seat with the ingredients , a pestle and morter, and a small cooking, he wondered if this was to be their first test.... a way to judge their skills. He sat and layed out his ingredients.

Raia nodded. Angura was handling his class well. She decided that he presence would just add pressure to the students, so she made her way silently out out the door, heading for the training grounds.
It promised to be an interesting afternoon. She wondered how many times the students would hit each other with the rough practice swords. They would be sore and bruised tomorrow, if the weapons master knew their stuff. None of the students would look at her history class for a while, and most wouldn't even know about her dragon combat class until they bonded to a hatchling, so she wasn't busy.
The school around her was getting busy again, with more than the usual excitement caused by enormous spellwork. In a few weeks, a month or so, the anarchy would die down, and the students would either adjust to the program or leave. They had lost one promising student already.

"Theory, I teach theory as I teach the simplicities. As you look for the ingredients. I will explain how this comes into the theory of magic." his eyes stuck to Ariel for a second then pulled out a few mixing bowls. "when you come back with the ingredients, I will give your bowl and show you how to conjure the potion." He would raise hsi hand in dismisal. "By next class I hope you have the ingredients."

Maeve walked out of the classroom, she didn't need to hear about potions or most of the first five elements. she sat against the wall and amused herself by getting little things to come to her

He would then walk to the hall and look around. He was looking for somthing quite distant to his nature. He would find his way to the dark magic room and look under a shelf and find a switch. He flipped the switch and watched as the shelf became a stair case to a lower level. "Hmmm, interesting..." He would then walk down and snap his fingers as a white orb appears and rotates around him.

((So, we're going to ignore my last little post, I was following leads that apparantly were faulty...))
Mickel sighed. He didn't want to go... combat training would prove to cause him all sorts of hell. He was strong enough, sure, but he wasn't highly trained in the art of swordsmanship. Then again, he wasn't highly trained here either, but at least he knew the basic principles of magic. He knew next to nothing about proper melee combat. He sighed and walked out of the temple.
