Sometimes yes, sometimes no.
Some stupid people are funny because they're willing to do outrageous things, or they make bad choices which provide slapstick entertainment to the onlookers.
Some stupid people are loud, cruel, and intolerant.

Sometimes stupid people can be funny, (like from a distance, on TV or something) but in person the intelligent people are much funnier because their jokes are clever and they have good comedic timing.

I find the stupid ones are more annoying than funny. They're worth only a few laughs.

yeah they are more annoying than funny most times. they mostly act that way for attention and they knowwe will look at them if they are being jack asses

I think that the stupid ones who try to make at least somewhat intellegent jokes, and fail, are funny. Just because of their stupidity. But the ones who are just plain stupid are annoying.

Sometimes stupid people can be amusing, but they usually are just annoying.
I find intelligent people to be funnier than stupid people (they tend to be able to pull off more witty humor)... but I suppose it's just a matter of personal preference.
