Has anyone read the Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams? I'm reading the series for English class at the moment...they seen to be very entertaining...I really recommend the first one...a barrel of laughs! smile

A great series (as was the radio drama, the t.v show, and even the movie ((in it's own way) ) There are sooooo many quotable memories, far to many to refer too (unless ya wanted to start having a list contest ^^) However, I felt that the last book (Mostly Harmless) lacked the same carefree insane humor as the rest. It was much darker laugh, and seemd more like the writting style of the Dirk Gently books, rather than the Guide

I loved the first three books. They were so funny. Some of my favorite quotes come from that book. However I didnt enjoy the others as much.
