In Halo: Reach the Elites are taller, faster, stronger and have faster regenerating shields. Basically, they can kick more a** harder and faster!

Elites/Sangheili
they're big, there fast, they look like angry velociraptors ready to rip limbs off and shove their energy sword into someones eye sockets. Best of all they're brutal
Spartans
Verbose, annoying, look like power rangers, bulky, slower, grenade spammers. Worst of all they don't act like Spartans.
