The most god awful thing ever was when your school's rival's choir director picked the piece for our combined music boosters concert. They take turns between schools picking the combined pieces just out of a gesture of goodwill, but this was awful. It was called "mouth music" and it was this good awful tribal sounding mess. (plus their choir was awful lawl XP)

angelofmusic24 ugh, our school choir sang "Why We Sing." It sounded like a poorly done English essay. Like, the worst song ever. Oh, and I saw an arrangement of "So Yesterday" by Hilary Duff as a chorale arrangement at one of those "Choir Nerds Conventions." I saw like "BURRRNNNNNNN!!!" choir nerd conventions can be really fun. My whole combined symphonic choir went to one of those last year xp

Queen Arwen oh and another song that we sang in a different language was "nishka banya" something like that, i forgot but everyone dreaded it, i hate it to have it stuck in my head gonk xp domokun Nishka Banya? Our chorus sang that too! Even though I personally hated it, everyone else liked it. crying For our concert this year, pretty much the entire program is terrible. Especially "Spirit of the Season." We've sang about half of it and the entire chorus hates it with a burning passion.

I Sing A Song for America, Chatter with the Angels, Each Flowery Bank of May, and We Are the Young. All disgustingly cheesy and easy songs I've been forced to sing over the past three years.
I hate patriotic songs. Makes me feel like I'm living in North Korea or something.

"Billy Boy" is hands-down my least favorite. I had to sing it with our old choir director (who enjoyed singing in falsetto the soprano 1 notes for EVERY SONG), and on my GODS that song was evil. It's just...like, there should be a banjo in it somewhere.
Let's see...oh, we have this absolutely horrendous arrangement of "Yellow Submarine". It completely destroys the song, seriously. It made my Beatles-loving heart die a little.
This year a good three-quarters of our choir wants to sing "Seasons of Love". I wanted to before I saw the arrangement. It looks so...bleh. That, and our guy section (a whopping two guys, one of which has troubles hitting anything above an F) is nowhere near strong enough to sing their solo parts. And I just know deep in my heart that all the sopranos are going to forget that we have a part and we're all singing together, and are going to warble the hell out of it.
And as cool as it sounded once it came together, I didn't like "Bohemian Rhapsody". Partially cause I was the only one on that top note for 'me', and partially because our accompanist had never heard the song and played too fast.

XD i found an old copy of 'let it be' and 'lean on me' in the old chorus files when we were looking for carol of the bells and she said NO to let it be i was so sad crying ...because it was SATB but we can't split the guys up because theres only 5 or so...

Heidier ValaRamaro Didnt my Lord Deliver Daniel talk2hand dont even ask. i actually liked that song... Hey, join the club. I liked it a lot.
'Ching-a-ring Chaw' was just annoying. It got on my last nerves.
Our treble choir totally screwed up 'Laudate Nomen Domini'. We forgot all the words, had to use the music, and were off-pitch half of the time.
@ Mushroom Flavoured Water. My choir did an arrangement of Psalm 150 that was really pretty. I hate Psalm 96 though. Every single freaking year we sing it for Christmas. It's one of those psalms where you stay on one note for half the song. It sucked.
