Have any of you cosplayed as an utena character? Post your pics!
Or maybe you're -going- to cosplay?
I'm going as movie utena (boy version) for Sakura-con 2007 (april 6, 7,
Nya, and I'm going to make the Sword of Dios
but it won't be that detailed, still look pretty cool <3

I havn't cosplayed anyone yet, but I have wanted to, A LOT, I was making a sango outfit, but ran out of $.
I think the most important part though is to make sure that whatever different color patterns you use etc. need to be in character. Like don't make a utena with a purple and black outfit, purple is not her color....rather than that, i think if it is something you could see a character wearing, then everyone will appreciate your view of the character.

I'm hoping to do Utena, anthy and juri but I still haven't have the money. I'm currently busy working on Trinity Blood. Well when I'm not broke.

I'm cosplay Tenjou Utena in the Artbook Version with the wings and lace. ^^
And my friend and I are going as Miki and Kozue.
My friend's dad has a metal shop so she makes the swords beautifully.
I have my own sword and ring.

I've never even seen a Utena cosplay before, or anyone else from the show in the Convention I went to. ^^; I was hoping to do one myself, but I could never sew like that.

I got my costume
its neat
though the sleeves are a bit big..
I'm not making the sword
ima just take the bamboo stick
(which is proper since boy-utena uses the stick, girl-movie-utena uses the sword)
