Lands: The lands are close to the mountains, they are out the way between two huge mountains. The cavern is overgrown at one end, into a huge mass of trees and other strange plants. It is like a mini jungle, somewhere for the pups to explore.
In the mountain side there are many caves where the dogs can rest, sleep and do as they wish really. They can make their own home in a cave or they can sleep in the main den, this is the largest of all the caves in the cavern.
There is a stream that runs through the lands that comes from the mountain side, the water is mostly fresh and rich with natural metal properties. The water widens into a large lake close to the strange jungle area.
There are only a couple of ways into the cavern, well three in all but one is too dangerous to use. The other two entrances climb up the mountain and round, leading out into other lands, with a direct route to the southlands.
Though the cavern is secluded and could be classed as a trap of sorts, the pack are safe, lions would be seen entering the lands easily, if not then the pack would defend their home, chances of lions going where not much food is though is rather slim.
The lands are dotted with hares and other small animals that the dogs can eat, the herds can't reach the lands which is good for the dogs as the herds bring larger predators.
History of the pack: Dhati had always been a strong willed dog from birth. He had a forgotten packs royal line following through his veins and from the tales of his father; he was to recreate the pack as the Alpha.
He left his mother and his home after his father's death to do what he had wanted of his son. He however met someone, who happened to be his cousin. Now this was a surprise but yet he agreed to follow her as alpha though his view on anyone else thinking they were above him, apart from his younger cousin was out of the question.
He took it on himself to look for other dogs and came across a femme called Mataka with Haiji and then another femme called Temari. Temari never met Haiji though so when Dhati got in a fight with his cousin and Haiji's loyal follower stepped in also, Dhati found it insulting, so he insulted his cousin and left, taking Mataka and Temari with him.
The two femmes were pregnant at this time and though this maybe a strange way for a pack to start Dhati promised to find a home, so he returned them to his birthplace where he hoped to find his family, though they weren't there. He took Mataka as his mate and so the two alphas were formed.
Temari had her pups first, followed by Mataka's own pups. The three dogs had picked up two others on the way, Jaama and Cushti. This was the beginning of a pack. Just a group of dogs looking out for each other.
The pack have a love for new life and children, (this can include other species that are not wild dogs but it is rare such creatures will get to the mountain pass). The pack do, as most, have a worry about other speicies though accept all and treat everyone as equals.
If a pack member is pregnant they are looked after by the packs nanny while the others hunt together, the femme who is pregnant is looked after well and fed first as she holds new life for the pack. This is what the pack lives for, bringing new life into the world and the love for the new born pups.
Current weather: The weather isn't the best weather can be at the moment. Occasionally the odd thunderstorm is heard rumbling over the mountains. There is a lack of clouds in the sky making days super hot and nights freezing cold. Its coming into winter, so the dogs are going to have to keep close during the nights, especially the youngsters..
Current: The pack has change dramatically. Twawa is now the Alpha and is turning the pack military like. All pups will be trained to fight from a young age and each will be beaten if they do not obey.
She is compiling guards who won't let anyone out of the pack as she knows many will try to escape, this is in hope that they will soon submit to her and realise they are nothing but worthless creatures that need training.
